Welcome to the IDC Syria Games social entertainment platform. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of idc-syria.com (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service you accept these Terms in full. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. Nature of the service
The Service is a free social entertainment platform offering virtual social games for amusement purposes only. The Service is operated for entertainment and is not a gambling product. All gameplay uses virtual coins that have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for real currency, and do not constitute prizes, winnings, or anything of real-world value.
By using the Service, you acknowledge that:
- you are NOT participating in real-money gambling;
- virtual coins, points, achievements, or other in-game items have no cash value;
- there are no real-money prizes, payouts, withdrawals, or deposits;
- the Service is intended purely for entertainment and social interaction.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. We reserve the right to terminate access for any user who does not meet this requirement.
3. Licence and permitted use
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and limited right to use the Service for your own non-commercial entertainment, conditional on your compliance with these Terms.
You agree NOT to:
- use the Service for any commercial or monetary purpose;
- copy, modify, distribute, or reproduce game content, graphics, or software without prior written permission;
- use automated tools, bots, scripts, or scrapers to access or interact with the Service;
- disrupt other users' experience or the technical operation of the Service;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service's databases, servers, or technical systems;

4. Intellectual property
All content related to the Service, including but not limited to games, graphics, animations, sound effects, music, text, logos, trademarks, and source code, is the property of IDC Syria Games or its licensors. Content is protected under applicable copyright and trademark laws.
The IDC Syria Games name, logo, and visual identity are distinctive elements of the Service and may not be used without express written permission. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved.
5. Virtual currency and in-game items
The Service may include virtual currency, virtual coins, tokens, points, achievements, badges, or similar virtual items (collectively, "Virtual Items") that you can earn, accumulate, or interact with during gameplay. By using the Service you acknowledge and agree that:
- Virtual Items are an inseparable part of the entertainment experience and exist ONLY within the Service.
- Virtual Items have no real-world monetary value and do not represent any form of currency, financial instrument, or property.
- Virtual Items cannot be cashed out, sold, traded, gifted, exchanged, redeemed, or converted into real money, prizes, vouchers, or items of any real-world value.
- Virtual Items are non-transferable between user accounts unless explicitly permitted by a specific game's built-in mechanics.
- Virtual Items may be subject to expiration, deletion, reset, or removal at our sole discretion, with or without prior notice.
- The accumulation of Virtual Items does not improve your chances in any other game session or activity, and outcomes are based on chance and the design of each individual game.
We reserve the right to manage, regulate, control, modify, balance, or eliminate Virtual Items at our sole discretion. We shall have no liability to you or any third party in the event that we exercise any of these rights.
6. User responsibility and conduct
You are responsible for all activity on your access to the Service. You commit to using the Service responsibly and respectfully. Even though the Service is a social entertainment platform, we expect all users to follow good conduct and community guidelines.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access without prior notice if you breach these Terms, behave inappropriately, or harm other users or the Service's operation.
7. Disclaimers and limitations
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will operate uninterrupted, error-free, or that all content will always be available. Use of the Service is at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, IDC Syria Games shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service. Because the Service is a free social entertainment platform that does NOT involve real money, no financial risk is associated with its use. Games are purely for entertainment and offer no opportunity to win money or prizes of real-world value.
8. Third-party content
The Service may include free social games provided by third-party game developers under their own technical infrastructure. We do not own these games and do not control their technical operation. Third-party games are integrated via standard practice URLs that do not involve real-money play.
9. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Service or any part of it at any time, with or without notice. We may also update these Terms occasionally. Continued use of the Service after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Hungary, without regard to conflict-of-laws provisions. Disputes arising from these Terms shall be brought exclusively before the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
